Who We Are

Don’t be fooled by the name, the hair color, or her crazy shoes. Michael Sherlock is serious about business. She is dedicated to creating positive, productive, and profitable workplaces, and helping individuals, and businesses unlock their ultimate potential. As Michael began to grow and scale Shock Your Potential, her global leadership and sales training company, with the help of remote professionals based in Kenya, her peers began to take notice. Seeing the positive impact on her company, they began to ask her about how she found her team and how they could do the same. After interviewing nearly 100 people for her own company, she realized there was a great opportunity to match talented professionals from Kenya with small business owners like her. And thus, KukuaBiz was born.

 

Dual Mission

To develop the best Talent in Kenya and provide them opportunities to work with small business owners around the world AND to show small business owners how to grow and scale their businesses with affordable, remote Talent. Before launching her global training company, Shock Your Potential, Michael was Vice President of US Sales for two multi-national medical device companies, responsible for net revenue exceeding $75 million and as many as 500 employees at a time
