We will review your list and provide you with links to video interviews for 3 of our Talent that we believe will be a good fit. Once you select your ideal Talent, you will be invoiced for 2 weeks in advance of each pay period. Your Talent will be 100% dedicated to you and your company. Each Talent will be allowed 2 weeks (10 days) of paid vacation each year, paid by the Client. In addition, we consider paid holidays for Kenya. We will work with your Talent to ensure that they have planned appropriately for any time off, and when necessary for your business needs, we can help cover certain business responsibilities. What are some things I need to know about working with my Talent?

Our Talent have varied backgrounds and skillsets and have passed our application process as a great hire. Most speak multiple languages, but all our Talent are well versed in English. Some of the writing and speaking styles are aligned with the Queen’s English, which is a surprise so some US clients. In addition, Kenya is prone to power outages, so there are times when communication may be hampered. However, we have not found this to be a significant cause for concern. Primarily you need to know that we have amazing Talent who are eager to work with you and be a part of your team.

What happens if I am not happy with my placement?

We believe that every match should be a good one. If either of you is not satisfied, we will either help solve the issue between the Talent and Client or make a change.

How long can I work with my Talent?

You can work with your assigned Talent as long as you both are satisfied with the relationship. We hope that you also continue to build your team with additional Talent as your company grows and expands.
